Safely gaining strength and working with your own edge is my mission as a Personal Trainer.

The body is designed for movement. When our daily activities involve certain positions or movements that cause structural imbalances and instabilities then pain and injuries can develop. Training the body to move as a whole unit is the focus of my training. Being fit is more than lifting a weight or running on a treadmill. I focus on all aspects; balance, strength, endurance, stability, agility, and flexibility.

My philosophy is that a safe, supportive, educational and effective program can be designed for anyone. Such a program can encourage a person to choose and develop healthy exercise patterns that will increase confidence and self esteem. At the heart of this philosophy is the desire to help raise body awareness and promote healthy lifestyle changes.
