Being involved with visually impaired for more than 15 years and being a volunteer with the CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind), special classes designed for the visually impaired with specail focus on the verbal cueing.

Classes offered only in the Spring & summer at both Wateloo Park (Waterloo) & Victoria Park (Kitchener).
We start with either biking or hiking enjoying the nature, followed by a yoga class and meditation. At the end we will enjoy a healthy vegetarian snack. Come out and have some fun & relaxation ......
